👤 Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate and complete account information.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
- Customers are responsible for all content hosted under their account.
💳 Billing & Payments
- All services are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle.
- Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
🚫 Prohibited Use
Customers must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Fair Usage Policy (FUP), and all applicable laws. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
🔒 Suspension & Termination
Macaw Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Policies are violated
- Payment obligations are not met
- Activities threaten server stability or security
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Macaw Hosting shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
Customers are strongly advised to maintain independent backups.
