- Web Hosting, NVMe Hosting, and Cloud Hosting plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of a service.
- Refund requests must be submitted through the Macaw Hosting client area within the refund period.
❌ Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
- SSL certificates
- VPS and Dedicated Server services
- Add-ons, licenses, and setup fees (if applicable)
- Renewals of any hosting service

- Refunds will not be issued if the service is suspended or terminated due to violations of our policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or Fair Usage Policy (FUP).
- Refunds are not available for services cancelled after the 30-day refund period.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without contacting support may result in account termination without refund.
