❌ Cancellation Policy – Macaw Hosting
Macaw Hosting allows customers to cancel their hosting services at any time through the client area.
🔔 How to Cancel a Service
- Cancellations must be submitted via the Macaw Hosting client portal.
- Email or verbal requests are not accepted as official cancellation requests.
- Once a cancellation request is submitted, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
⚠️ Important Cancellation Terms
- Cancelling a service does not automatically generate a refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the Refund Policy.
- Customers are responsible for backing up all data before cancellation.
🗑️ Data Deletion
- All website data, emails, databases, and backups will be permanently deleted after service termination.
- Macaw Hosting is not responsible for data loss after account cancellation or termination.
🚫 Policy Violations
- Services cancelled or terminated due to policy violations (including AUP or FUP breaches) are not eligible for refunds.
- Macaw Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if misuse is detected.
🧾 Provider Dependency Notice
Some services are delivered through upstream infrastructure providers. In such cases, cancellation terms may also be influenced by provider-level policies and limitations.
🔄 Policy Changes
Macaw Hosting reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
